Trailer brake pads are very different from those used on cars and require regular replacement. Due to the lower forces involved in trailer braking systems, these pads are designed to be softer to provide adequate braking performance – meaning they wear at a faster rate.

Dunbier hydraulic brake pads offer a cost effective way to maintain safe, reliable braking. Standard pads feature a mild steel backing plate, suited to freshwater applications.

Trailer brake pads are also available with a stainless steel backing plate that is better suited for salt water applications. Refer to Dunbier part number 1930.
